Job Description

About this role:     

As a Showroom Incharge, you will manage showroom team and be responsible for team metrics, ongoing sales development, team mentoring, training and process development. You will manage relationship with cross function to ensure lead volumes and objectives are sufficient in your showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage and motivate showroom sales team to become expert in our product sales and help to achieve sales target
  • Conduct regular team meetings, discuss and resolve operational issues, do proper performance review of team members and train where required for continued development
  • Develop and maintain positive cross functional relationships with other departments to ensure ongoing success of organizational goals
  • Continually evaluate footfall, lead generation and sales approach to increase effectiveness of the team
  • Provide regular team, stock, sales reports to line management and be able to speak to sales trends and focus areas based on data and market responses
  • Lead the planning, implementation and follow up of showroom operational initiatives including but not limited to events and sales networking activities
